These Terms of Use apply to ivoryandlacestudiosaz.com and to every page, form, booking link and checkout we run on it, all operated by Ivory & Lace Studios, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based at 721 E Beale St, Kingman, AZ 86401. When this page says "we", "us" or "the studio" it means Ivory & Lace Studios, LLC, and when it says "you" it means the person using the site.
By browsing the site, filling in a form, booking a consult or buying anything from us you agree to these terms, so please read them, and if you do not agree with them please do not use the site.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use this site, to contact us through it and to book a session, because boudoir sessions are for adults only. If you are under 18 you may not submit any information to us here.
Nothing on this site is a contract for photography services. Every session is booked under its own written agreement that you sign before we shoot, and that agreement, together with the retainer, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and image terms inside it, is what governs your session. If anything on this site ever seems to conflict with your signed session agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Session pricing and collection pricing are given on a consult call rather than on the website, so a form on this site is a request to talk with us and not a confirmed booking. A booking exists once we have your signed agreement and your retainer.
If you join The 22 Society or buy anything else from us online, the price, the billing schedule and the cancellation terms are the ones shown to you at checkout before you pay, and those terms apply to that purchase. Recurring memberships keep billing on their stated schedule until you cancel, and you can cancel by emailing or calling us with the details below. Payments are processed by our payment providers and we never see or store your full card number.
We own the copyright in every photograph we create, which is normal for photography and does not change what you can do with the images you buy. Your purchased images come with a personal use licence, so you can print them, keep them and share them yourself, and you may not sell them, enter them in contests or let a business use them without our written permission.
No images are shared unless they are purchased. Whether we can use your images in our portfolio, on social media or in advertising depends entirely on the release you signed, and if you did not sign one, we do not publish you.
The copy, design, graphics, logos and photographs on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to view the site and to share links to it, and you may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse our content, our words or our images for your own business without written permission.
When you send us a form, an email, a text, a review or a photo, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to use it to answer you and to run our business. If you leave us a public review or a testimonial we may quote it in our marketing with your first name. Please do not send us anything that is not yours to send.
When you give us your email address or phone number you are agreeing that we can contact you about your enquiry, your booking and our offers. You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, and you can stop texts by replying STOP, and we will still send you the messages we need to send about a session you have booked. Message and data rates may apply.
Some links here take you to other companies, such as our booking system, our payment processors and our social media profiles, and once you are there you are covered by their terms and their privacy policies rather than ours. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.
We keep this site as accurate as we can and things still change, so prices, offers, availability and dates can move, and we may update or remove anything on the site at any time without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free.
The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ivory & Lace Studios, LLC and its owner, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim connected to this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost that comes from your misuse of this site or from your breach of these terms.
We can update these terms at any time, and the version posted here with its updated date is the one that applies. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute connected to this site or to these terms belongs in the state or federal courts serving Mohave County, Arizona.
